A condominium complex, with separate apartment offers

Baan Sanpluem is a beachfront condominium complex in Hua Hin, with shared outdoor swimming facilities. The accommodation name alone does not identify a particular apartment, its equipment or operator. A reservation needs an exact unit and host, rather than an assumption of uniform hotel rooms and management.

For example, Malinee’s Airbnb listing describes one specific sea-view, one-bedroom apartment for three guests. A balcony, kitchen, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, refrigerator, toaster and microwave belong to that offer. They should not be transferred to other apartments carrying the Baan Sanpluem name.

Historical accounts show both appeal and variation

Hadassah’s May 2018 stay, reviewed on 29 May, favoured the sea breeze, large balcony, shared main and children’s pools, and access to markets and dining. Marel’s December 2017 stay, reviewed on 4 January 2018, instead involved an initially dirty unit needing recleaning and paid internet with a poor connection.

NOI’s July 2018 visit, reviewed on 3 August, coincided with construction that prevented pool use. This is historical disruption, not evidence of a current closure.

Verify the apartment you will receive

The beachfront complex and shared pool are the attractions. The apartment’s view, equipment, internet and cleaning arrangements need separate confirmation. The older guest accounts do not establish which of those experiences applies to the unit you are considering.
