A rural address and one older guest report make transport the central consideration.

A rural provincial location

Khemapira Beds & Breakfast is listed at 79 Mae Malai–Pai Road, Moo 3, Pha Daeng, Pa Pae, Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai province. It is not a central Chiang Mai address. A garden and Wi-Fi appear in the listing; check-in is given as 2pm and checkout as noon, subject to the reservation.

Transport belongs in the decision

A couple’s Tripadvisor account displayed through Skyscanner, dated 3 January 2015, described a carefully decorated family pension, mountain scenery, quiet, clean accommodation and helpful owners. They recommended a car and navigation because of the isolation, and had a private driver arranged for their stay.

That account does not establish present hosting or transport service. Confirm the location, arrival route and any driver arrangement before booking. Consider Khemapira when the rural setting is the purpose of the stay, with current room details established separately.
