Pratunam Casa is at 122/59 Ratchaprarop Road, Pratunam, Ratchathewi, Bangkok. Klook lists four rooms across four floors, with Wi-Fi, luggage storage and a 24-hour front desk. The Basic Studio Suite is listed at 36 square metres with a double bed; Expedia describes the same approximate area as 388 square feet.
A market-location stay with specific problems
A suite guest’s review dated 19 December 2023 followed a three-night solo booking. The market location, large clean room and nearby massage shops were positives, but the guest reported no lift, no hot water and a nonworking television. Finding the entrance was also difficult.
Those are dated individual observations, but concrete enough to justify confirming the entrance, floor and functioning room equipment before arrival.
Older room equipment and a later rating
FidaIsmail’s August 2018 stay described a large room comfortable for three adults, with a microwave, refrigerator, utensils and kettle, and confirmed the walk-up arrangement. These are historical details of that room, not a guarantee of every studio’s equipment or permitted occupancy.
Hiep’s July 2024 Expedia stay, reviewed on 31 July, gave negative marks for cleanliness, staff and property condition without a written explanation. Pratunam Casa’s clearest appeal is its market-area address and room space, balanced against the access and maintenance concerns in the dated evidence.
