Admire House: a central Pattaya guesthouse where arrival details matter

Soi Lengkee access, stairs and confirmed room allocation are the practical considerations.

A base off Pattaya Third Road

Admire House is listed at 315/12 Moo 9, Pattaya Third Road, Soi Lengkee. It is a central Pattaya guesthouse rather than accommodation directly on the beach. Check the walking route to your own destinations before choosing it for repeated trips to the waterfront.

Expedia lists free parking and explicitly notes that the property has no elevator. Confirm a suitable floor before paying if stairs are difficult, and check how luggage will reach the room.

The dated reports are mixed

Jkanun’s November 2023 review, covering an October stay in a Superior Double Room, praised cleanliness, value and convenient access near a mall.

A February 2026 Superior Double stay, reviewed by san mao ao on 28 May, was less straightforward: the guest reported limited check-in times and a telephone number that did not work, while saying the stay would otherwise have been acceptable.

Obtain a specific arrival and floor confirmation

A separate complaint published on 11 May 2025 concerned a planned month-long booking. The writer needed a first-floor room because stairs were difficult, but reported being offered an upstairs room initially and arranged accommodation elsewhere. This is a reservation complaint, not a review of an overnight stay.

Ask for written confirmation of the floor, room category, arrival window and a working contact number. Those details matter more here than assuming that a request entered with a reservation guarantees a particular room.
