Jomtien, rather than central Pattaya

Honey House 3 is in Jomtien, near the beach, rather than central Pattaya. Listings describe a five-floor, 35-room property with a restaurant and lift. Air-conditioned rooms have private bathrooms, refrigerators, desks, safes and Wi-Fi, with daily cleaning listed.

Hotels.com gives approximately 269 square feet for a Superior Double and 291 for a Deluxe Double. The size difference is modest enough to compare the rest of the room description as well. Off-site parking requires a reservation, and reception has limited hours, making late arrival something to agree in advance.

Guest reports give reasons to check the room

Suphan’s Hotels.com review dated 1 December 2025 liked friendly staff and a convenient location but found the air conditioning insufficiently cold. Sheikh, reviewing on 18 February 2024, appreciated beach access but found the night market and bars a long walk, recommending a rear room for road noise. The same stay brought complaints about television reception, a broken showerhead, a stiff bed and basic breakfast.

These are individual dated experiences rather than a present inspection. Establish the available room’s orientation and current condition, and confirm breakfast with the rate selected. Honey House 3 is worth comparing when Jomtien beach access fits the plan, with parking and arrival details resolved before travelling.
