The Samui property, for guests aged sixteen and over
Buri Rasa Village Samui is at 11/2 Moo 2, Chaweng Beach, Bo Phut, Koh Samui. This is the Samui hotel rather than the Koh Phangan branch. The official accommodation policy is for guests aged sixteen and over, a more precise description than assuming an eighteen-plus threshold.
The setting pairs Chaweng beach access with traditional-style accommodation. The beach image accompanying the property listing illustrates the coastal setting; it does not establish an exclusive private beach or particular swimming conditions.
Boutique Veranda: a ground-floor pocket garden
The Boutique Veranda is 40 square metres on the ground floor, with a private pocket garden and semi-private seating. That wording matters for someone whose main priority is outdoor privacy: the seating is not described as an entirely enclosed private courtyard.
Air conditioning and a ceiling fan are listed, together with an LED streaming television, Nespresso machine and Bluetooth soundbar. Twice-daily housekeeping appears in the service description. The room offers a garden connection without the private dip pool of the Garden Pool category. Confirm the arrangement of the specific veranda offered.

Boutique Garden Pool: divide indoor and outdoor area
The Boutique Garden Pool specification separates 45 square metres indoors from 35 square metres outdoors. The advertised 80-square-metre total should therefore not be interpreted as bedroom and indoor living space alone. Its private tropical garden contains a dip pool, a different feature from a full swimming pool for laps.
In-room check-in and pillow mist are listed as premium privileges. The room shares much of the Veranda equipment, so the reason to choose it is principally the private outdoor space and dip pool rather than an assumption that every amenity differs. Both offers accommodate up to three guests within the sixteen-plus policy.
Other categories add different space
The official collection lists Boutique Village and Boutique Signature at 45 square metres, Boutique Garden at 60 and Boutique Pool Retreat at 80. Boutique Ocean Escape is 45, while Studio and Ocean Retreat categories are 90 square metres. These names identify different choices; a Village guest’s experience should not be attributed automatically to an Ocean Retreat.
Balconies or terraces, rain showers, bathrobes and Wi-Fi are common listed features. Compare the actual room description for the view, floor and sleeping arrangement, with the area split understood where an outdoor component is included.
Dining at The Beach Club
The official Beach Club description offers beachfront dining with Thai food, seafood, Japanese dishes and seafood barbecue. Breakfast is presented as Thai and Western buffet choices alongside à la carte items and healthier options. Confirm breakfast inclusion in the rate rather than assuming it from the restaurant’s presence.
Live music and fire shows appear in the venue description. Those features describe possible programming, not a promise that a particular performance occurs every evening of a stay. The beachfront seating is an additional way to enjoy the setting without making every bedroom sea-facing.
Recent guests highlight the welcome
An anonymous Boutique Village guest stayed in July 2026 and reviewed on 2 September, praising Thai-style architecture and friendly, helpful staff. A.miiko’s May Ocean Retreat stay, reviewed on 9 July, brought praise for a clean, large, peaceful room and spa massage service.
Anna AL’s July Boutique Village stay, reviewed on 28 August, likewise favoured a quiet adults’ retreat and welcoming staff. A Boutique Garden guest’s October 2025 visit, reviewed on 8 December, appreciated stylish details, courteous assistance and massage.
These reports favour design and personal service across several categories. The more consequential booking choice remains the exact room: veranda seating, private garden dip pool or a larger retreat should be selected for how you intend to spend time there.
